Water for Ishmael’s school, ASFWC, is teaching women and children from 20 different countries this fall! The highly educated and experienced staff is expecting great things this year with the amount of students attending the school. There are currently 44 women placed within our 6 levels of English Instruction, along with over 30 children who are learning English and basic life-skills. The women and children receive very personal and individualized instruction from teachers holding graduate degrees and certifications in English as a Secondary Language (ESL). ASFWC is not only a place to learn English but it is a place where women and children can make friends. It’s a place where stories can be shared, connections can be made, diversity can be appreciated, and the students and staff can work together to achieve their goals.
